Featured Help with mark in my head

Saw this today on some 14k gold pins with green enamel. It was a set lingerie pins I think and then maybe a brooch and something else. Could have been Irish themed I can’t recall. It was all in a bag lot of small gold pins, mostly lingerie size. I forgot to take a photo. Sale runner wants over scrap price on them. If the set maker is good it would make the lot worthwhile probably. Can’t recall exactly what it looked like but something like a cross between my attempt and the Yvel mark. I’m guessing it was a first half 20th century set, prob 1st quarter. Anyone recognize it? Pretty sure not Yvel.

Well Krementz at least isn’t a name people go gaga for so I didn’t miss out too much on that one.

I bought a ton day 1. Was pumped to shop the end of sale today. Got there with bells on with one hour left to go! …To find them packing the truck…I forgot they end their Sundays two hours earlier than their Fri/Sat sale days. ((( there was so much good stuff left after day one. I was going to really go hog wild today. Oh well. My bank account will be happier in the short term.

Btw how did you come to the Krementz conclusion? Just curious. Did you know that mark off the top of your head and pulled it from memory when you saw my sketch/comparison? I’ve had a handful or two of Krementz pieces but not sure any had this mark. I wonder if it was used in a certain era only, or only on solid gold pieces? Pretty sure I’ve not had any solid gold work of theirs.

 

I don't know the mark or very much about jewelry but accepted the challenge because I like solving mysteries.

I thought your sketch looked a little like modern representations of the zodiac symbol for Aires but that took me nowhere and you thought it was older.

I then just started looking at 14k lingerie pins and was fortunate enough to stumble upon it.

So a bit of luck really.
