Nice. Her work is very pleasing. But resale of a work depicting a specific property would be a bit of a challenge, I'd think (unless the owners wanted it.)

An 11 1/2 inch high pitcher.Maybe Mexican, maybe new, maybe vintage ! They are all over the place when I tried to identify it.But it matches (enough) with some Nouveua glasses I have.Speaking of Nouveua ,Ive never been able to find WHO made them. Any ideas ?

Birks...((drool)) Those are NOT going into the melting pot any time soon. We don't get much Birk's in the USA.

One reason to want to live in Montreal. If you're a good Antiquer, it was all from estate or yard sales. Naturally.

Just as good; inheriting it means the price was (monetarily) better.

Jumble sale 50p. Antimacassar 3 piece linen set. Thought it was rather nice with the adapted willow pattern embroidery.

Went to Ollies to buy the kittens a bed, and then visited the thrift shop next door. On my second go-round of the jewelry case, I saw these bracelets. Lumii_20230628_085736014.jpg
    Lumii_20230628_085804081.jpg
I guessed they were gold-plated (pretty sure of that) and smokey quartz with CZs. Tested them on the Presidium this morning....the brown stones test high as spinels (most likely manmade) and the white stones test in the emerald category, most likely white tourmaline (they sparkle like crazy.) $6 each.
