    I’m drawing a complete blank at the moment.I tried Google lens and it just gave me every squirly pattern it could find, none remotely like this!

    It must be gold plated over sterling. It is most likely sterling. The hallmark looks like it is just the H but has a symbol that resembles parentheses. Do you have a gem tester to check the stone? Anyway, I’ll let you know if I find anything.
