    Hi all, I was hoping someone could tell me about this piece.
    It is 39" long and 20" wide.
    Is it Japanese or Chinese?
    Is it art or a wall decoration with minimal value?
    It is hand painted.

    It is wall decoration with minimal value.
    Or there could be a sudden fashion for these bamboo paintings/prints. You never know, prices of bamboo lamps have also quadrupled.

    The true question-'Is your Bamboo Lamp an original sreen-used prop from 1943's 'Casablanca' ?'-or at least a Dorothy Lamour movie.
