Embroidery

hi i inherited this pillow. it looks very old and it could be silk. I hope to find who can help me to find age and type art is that? , here.

 

Adam, I don't see any embroidery. It looks like brocade, which is a specific fabric with woven design.
It is Chinese, and could be silk brocade. Not antique.
What is the item itself?

 

A little throw pillow. Made from a figural Chinese brocade. Vintage but not antique. (1960s on, at a guess.) And not of the highest quality. I do see some staining which looks permanent and would effect resale value.
