Saved this pair from local refinery with silver price.

The three crown mark looks like Sweden silver mark, which is said start to use after 1901.(From: https://www.silvercollection.it/DICTIONARYEUHALLMARKSWEDEN.HTML)
However, the date mark goes up to 1846-47.
Also, the maker mark is very confusing, I cannot find this maker, the closest one is George Murray in New Castle, British reg. 1805.

Is there anyone can tell me more information of this pair of stand?
I think some of the marks or stamps on it may not legitimate or faked.

The three crowns in a trefoil mark was already used in the mid-18th century but it varied somewhat. This mark is the usual one for 1846-7.
There are several Swedish makers with initials GM, it is bound to be one of them. I don't know their marks though.:(

The most important thing is cheap. They weigh over 3500 grams.
Spent me 6 hours to clean them. Quarter inch thick cake residues. Didn’t clean for decades.

Thank you for your information. However, there's no maker operated in 19th century.

With the same marks as mine? Or other three marks like these?
I was also worried they are not silver when I bought them. And they are very hard to find marks. Finally, after clean, I found 3 marks on each stand.
