    What does it say on the paper on the right? Even zooming in at 500 % does not make the words legible.

    To be fair, none of her "sisters" seem to be selling either. Statuettes like this are a rough road locally. They move if you sell them for relative peanuts. Otherwise, use them for target practice and save yourself some trouble.

    The pictures show a closeup of "(copyright symbol) 1994" on the base. After that is the word Florence and I don't know what that means.

    That probably means that she was designed in 1994. So OP's dates from some time after 1994.
    It says in the link below that Giuseppe Armani began to work for the Florence Sculture d'Arte company in 1975:
