I picked this up at the GW a few weeks back but have struck out in my searches for any other work by this artist.

I will admit that it wasn't until I was actually writing out the title of the print in my notebook that it dawned on me.:rolleyes::bag::bag::bag:

I saw another buyer walking out with a print when I was walking in that was framed in a similar fashion but his print had an image of an onion.

The print is done on heavyweight-type paper & is only marked as shown - "Mason" "© N.M."

There is a "made in Mexico" sticker on the back of the frame but that may be for the frame alone.

Think 'N.M.' would be for N. Mason, since it follows the copyright symbol.

Well, now I may be more confused than I was when I posted this print.:confused::confused::rolleyes::hilarious:

According to the link posted by @Roaring20s "Ms. Nik Mason" was the illustrator for "The Garden Gang" which I have come to learn was a series of children's books published in the 1970s & 1980s. The link shows a cross-stitch pattern which includes the image of S.T. Ring & G.Reen Bean.

However, according to what I could find about the books they were written & illustrated by Jayne Fisher with no mention of Ms. Mason.:rolleyes:

I also did not find any mention of this character in the articles about the Garden Gang. :p

If I tried to search for Nik Mason it was changed over to Nick Mason. He illustrated album covers for bands like Pete Floyd so that was zero help. :grumpy::grumpy::grumpy:

BTW if you happen upon any of the above-mentioned Garden Gang books there are people actively looking for some of them.:happy:

It doesn't look like the same style of art to me. But who knows? Would be curious what the interior pages of the books look like.

If you Google the books there are lots of them listed online.
