Strathearn (?) Millefiori paper weight

    I picked this up on my travels today in Knutsford. Very bonny town if you ever get the chance to visit. It seems to match a Strathearn shape and pattern. However there is a lack of clarity in the canes and lattice work. There is also some 'frothing' in the glass on the base and an uneven finish. Is this normal for Strathearn or is it likely that this is a copy, maybe Chinese?
    It's about 7cm wide.
