Featured welsh? landscape painting

    Hi folks

    this is another unframed painting that was found with the others

    not massively fond of this one, but couldnt pass it for £2

    got a feeling it might be wales

    faded signature i can make out INCE

    any thoughts or info appreciated

    J.M. Ince (something) and ends in a y.

    The mast just right of the rowboat could be a wherry mast, with that sail high on one side.
    I don't know if Wales has wherries?

    It that date 1849? Can that be? Or Iam seeing it wrong? Or the name ending and then ‘49?

    I read J M Ince 1849. Joseph Murray Ince 1806 -1859 British artist that painted Welsh scenes.
