Neither Netherlands nor Vlaams, not the right style, and not the right mark.
I think you have to go further northeast, Scandi somewhere.

 

Thanks me dear. I've just found that the top ring has the tiniest mark: two crowns I think. Can't get a photo, it's minute.

 

Three crowns maybe? Swedish? On a ring you sometimes get a partial mark, so it could be Swedish.

I'll check a book on folk jewellery, see if something similar is in there.

 

I can't find anything similar, but it does look Scandi to me, and possibly a Swedish mark.

Could be a partial mark. Rings have so little space for a full mark. A crown could easily fall off the edge.

Hunhhh - no idea, cannetille and filigree can be difficult to pin down, but personally, doubt it's Scandinavian, maybe Baltic? Find it a bit odd that the '833' is stamped on a soldered-on plate - not uncommon on open-work pieces, but this one is on another plate that could be stamped (I like the sawtooth bezels). Sorry, that's all I've got...
