Help dating Kellog Seed Co. Advertising print block

This came from my favorite thrift store. It is 5" x 3 3/4" . Advertising for two different Bird seeds. I thought is was cool for $4.00 and might be rare?

Cool! Must be related to the Kellogg cereal Co?

There should be something about the 1 in the address that could help with approximate date range.

 

I don't think they are related to Kellogg's cereal. Not Kellogg's fertilizer company either. I have seen advertisements and items dating from the 50's to the 80's.
So maybe not that old, but very cool.

On that site the Rainbow brand as early as 1933 was made by Kellogg.

why is one backards ? if two there are 2 plates : printing plates

 

@Matahari It's only one plate. I used reverse image so you can read it on the second photo.
