Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

Kind of hard to value when we don't know what it's use is! I enlarged it 3X to see if the structure in the middle might be recognizable. We don't usually do values per se, but will help you find others when we can, which may have an established value. Maybe someone here reads Hebrew?? Looks like it says 'JERUSALEM' on the bottom, but not a clue what it says on the top....

That rounded interior bottom makes me think cigarette box. They seem to have been popular souvenirs of Jerusalem at one time.

Think the top word is Jerusalem in Hebrew.

Yeppers. Souvenir of Israel, and I'd think a ciggie box too from the days of cigarettes made without filters. Around here, with a large-ish Jewish population you might get $10-20 for it.

I think the shape is MCM rather than Art Deco. Sometimes there is a fine line.
The use of Hebrew also suggests manufacture after the founding of the state of Israel.
The building could be the Tower of David, in Jerusalem.

I don't see a Bezalel mark, but their work is not always marked. It has some style to it.

In these parts it would be considered fairly standard tourist souvenir stuff. And yes, that's the Tower of David. Probably the Wailing Wall too.
