It was included with a bunch of Frozen Charlottes and small jointed dolls. I've never seen one of these before and don't know what to call it.

I've searched for frozen charlotte queen and crown. Penny doll queen and crown. Nothing like it has come up in my searches. I also have a slightly larger one with a shiny glaze.

    Any ideas?

Galette des rois. Kings cake. From Wiki: A king cake, also known as a three kings cake, is a cake associated in many countries with Epiphany. Its form and ingredients are variable, but in most cases a fève such as a figurine, often said to represent the Christ Child, is hidden inside. After the cake is cut, whoever gets the fève wins a prize. I have some feves ("beans") somewhere. Always wanted to make the cake.

This particular fève could be one of the Three Kings, wearing a crown and carrying a gift.
The Three Kings is what we, on the European Continent, call the Three Wise Men.
