I have hunted and hunted for another example of this rocker. I would like to know the value of it. It is a large rocker supposedly put together in the late 1800's. The decoration's of the chair is supposedly hand carved and is of a flying Dragon or Flying Lion. The appraiser I went to said that it is hand carved and and may be "a "One Of". She was interested in buying it but would not offer me a value she would pay. I really need to know the value of this chair.
It needs upholstered and the left arm has to be repaired. The wood has that patina you would expect from a fine piece of furniture.

Okay. You need to use the "Upload a File" box that's next to "Post Reply". If you get an error message saying that your file is too big, you need to resize the file so it's "weight" is no greater than 1 MB. Have you ever resized an image file?

Now that you have a picture in the Gallery, you can use the little camera icon in the Reply Box Toolbar to "embed" the image in a reply to your thread. Piece of cake!

Leather or leather-like? The magnolia green upholstery looks 1950s and, given the quality of the workmanship, doesn't appear to be original.
