Thinking bout keeping it. If I were to sell it, much value or dyed crappy pearls? The clasp May be worth more than the rest...

The clasp is a replacement by someone who didn't read the small print.;)
The pearls are dime a dozen Chinese dyed freshwater.
I'd rather not think what the 'growth' dangle is, but the spacer beads are of the usual Asian type. The discs look like Indian dyed bone beads.
It could be a home made necklace, made with a clasp stolen from mom's treasured pearl necklace.:nailbiting:

The necklace is homebrew. Someone put it together from dyed freshwaters, junk spacers, and a what looks like a glass bead pendant. In the old days, gold prices were regulated. You'd find gold clasps on lower grade beads, so this could have been on costume pearls to begin with. Sterling clasps were common. Someone took a bunch of random bits and made them into something useful. If it dropped in my lap I'd take it apart again and re-reuse the pieces.

What do you feel the center drop bead to be made of? Glass? Stone? Plastic?

Definitely glass . Feels the same way sea glass does

Looks to me to be very old given the wear in the patina and the worn out silver-tone wire. Perhaps it was part of a long flapper type necklace, a light pull, or just about anything. Good luck!

After looking at your photo for awhile, am wondering whether the dangling bead is from some sort of Victorian mourning jewelry?

Now that’s an interesting concept...I’ll have to research it
