Yes, thanks ! I've been fiddling around and figured out how to add to an album now, but not how to link it. I found another way to add it to the post. Just feeling my way aound, totaly confused

To me it looks like 1970s artwork done on vinyl or possibly leather.
This doesn't mean I'm correct, just what it makes me think of.
