If it's Native, it's brand spanking new. That's not a traditional design or even close, but it does look cast. That might be what you're thinking of. It could easily be artisan and from just about anywhere. Someone did a nice modeling job on that.

I had a look beside the five it’s been done the same time as the 925 mark looks like a tiny mound in a circle .Or a circle with a spot in middle very small but looks part of the mark .

If it were a copyright symbol,it would also need a maker's mark.

No like a tiny mound inside circle looks like a tiny stamp of some sort don’t know if anyone uses the 925 mark like that.

unimportant opinion: I think it's a fantasy bird (very decorative tail).

Yes it looks like a fantasy bird rather than a swan though it resembles one.I thought it might have been a sort of abstract bird that was used say in North America or Mexico maybe but nothing apart from 925 and that mysterious dot mark.

I think someone took one like the one in Cheryl's link and made a mold from it.
The one with red is the one Bru posted, the one with purple is the one from the link.
That would also explain why there is no mark on the back of Bru's.
Also notice how nicely done the head is from the one in the link, then compare to the one with red marks. Also notice that there are breaks in the design.
    Just not the same quality.

I still like Bru's and would wear it, I just think it is a knock off of the "Greek" one.

It is a lovely brooch, but nothing about it says Native American to me.

It looks slightly Asian inspired. Possibly Art Nouveau Revival.

Totally agree. Position of the neck and wings, the twirly-whirly tail.

Did not have the confidence to say that on my own, though. :joyful:
