    The silver one has a Silpada mark. No question about it.

    yes the pendant for sure, but I can't find silpada on the black necklace part, just the "eye" and 925 on clasp

    The black necklace part looks like something from a bead store,the soldering on the safety is not the quality I would expect from Silpada or one of their suppliers.
