Good finds!

Top piece is a pair of dividers. A tool for measuring, marking off distances. Cool looking, but rough condition.

Sorry, the other items are out of my realm...

Earrings look marcasite and probably cultured pearl. Pendant might be silver - blue topaz or zircon.

Could also be aquamarine or glass. Oliver, do you have a loupe? If so, do you see tiny bubbles in the blue stone?
We also need to see closeup photos.

Dont thinks that help for the blue but i add pics..maybe earrings will be moore help

 

If it's not glass it might be blue topaz too.

There is a mark on the blue pendant, but it looks plated, not solid silver. So my vote is for glass.

Green, or verdigris, suggests some copper content.
Costume jewellery is usually made of a copper alloy, like brass. You can see verdigris on silver jewellery as well, because it is generally an alloy of silver and copper, sometimes with other metals.

Yes.
You can take it to a jeweler to have it tested.
