Vintage OBI Belt buckle finding?

    3.jpg 4.jpg 3.jpg Hello, does anyone know what this may be? I'm hinting towards some sort of belt buckle, please let me know. Thank you!
    I added some more pictures and it's just the wrapping paper that has "obi"

    It does look like a buckle/fastening of some sort, though not from an obi. A traditional obi has no buckle, it is basically just an oblong piece of fabric that can be tied in many ways.
