miniature metal rocking horse

    hi folks

    can anyone let me know what this miniature (9")rocking horse is made from

    its got a very cast iron feel/look to it, but cant work out the colour of it

    painted to look like something else ?

    dont think its anything special (have found lot of similar brass type ones, but cant find one like this

    but would like to know for sure

    any thoughts appreciated
