Kordes Litchtenfelds Locket: History?

Hi! a curious beginner antique collector here-- i recently came across this locket by kordes and lichtenfelds. i couldnt find much about the company or the details of this locket online. the stone looks like connemara marble, but i am not sure. does anyone have any information on this company/necklace? its so beautiful, i would just like to know more.

Sorry. Didn't explain. It was a search link to show you there was a lot about their jewelry. I'll ask @Ownedbybear for help.

It says that the K&L jewelry trademark registered in 1963, but I assume that is the US registration. The mark had already been used by K&L for many decades, possibly from the start.

 

I've got K&L stuff from prewar which is marked. Bet the locket was made for the Irish souvenir market.

 

So do I. My first K&L piece was an aquamarine Art Deco pendant.
