The site is offering three similar landscapes, with the highest asking $0,000 for the two large paintings 20x24, and much less for 8x10.

I mean, similar with masses of blue bonnets.

But nothing on findart.com, where I hoped to find more results :(

Not drawing any conclusions on market value, but you might do some homework of your own before talking to them...

I'm not seeing them... but I think we've gone past the point of being of any help to @journeymagazine :hilarious:

Good find, @journeymagazine , best of luck with it!

Thank you, but @anundverkaufen provided the jump.

Everything after identification is just kibitzing. :joyful:

Texas bluebonnet paintings have a strong following and have for decades. Too bad it’s so grimy, not a huge problem but does decrease the value a little bit.

Why I didn't provide dollar amounts. We do a certain amount of kibitzing here while looking through comps.

The owner is still responsible for weeding through and deciding how helpful it is.

    Can't find my measuring tape but I'd say it's (canvas alone) 36" x 24"

Professional cleaning is so pricey here in NYC. I had a large abstract, John Rudge, and the lowest quote I received was $2000. I wish there were DYI options.

    Hi,
I had wonderful help in cleaning paintings by the MET in NYC. All it took was hundreds of cotton balls and a cup of salvia. Started saving the salvia for a week before I tried. Kept it in the refrigerator. Put a small amt of saliva on a cotton ball and wipe over a 2" square and let it sit or a minute or two and wipe off with a clean ball. Overlap a bit and do and other square. All it takes is a few bucks and a lot of work. We had 12 7ft tall paintings 3FT wide. Then started on a 12 ft by 6 ft wide teal green field covered with gold leafed For de lei. Turned a magical bright blue with the gold leaf. Then we started on the stations of the cross. 6 FT high and 4 ft across. Saved over a hundred thousand dollars over the summer.
