Anyone good at identifying antique dolls?

I bought an antique bisque head doll yesterday for $2. It's unmarked. The mouth is unusual because it's open, but not the pierced mouth with applied teeth of most dolls. The eyes are stationary. Her head is open on top. And what's left of her wig appears to be real hair. She's 18 or 19 inches tall.

The only doll I could find with a similar mouth is a Morimura Brothers doll but I don't think they used leather bodies. And this doll looks older. I also couldn't find any dolls with a scalloped edge to the leather body's edge. They were all overcast stitched.

    Any ideas? Thanks!

You didn't mention whether or not there are any marks on the back of her head or on her neck... are there?

And I should have asked if there are any stamps or marks on the body. The eyebrows look a lot like those on Jumeau dolls... not saying that she is, though. You should be so lucky! I'm sure that other manufacturers made dolls with that type of feathery eyebrow, too.

She's unmarked, head and body. She does look like a Jumeau but every one I found was a socket head doll.

I'm not a doll expert, and could tell that you already know something about them. But thought I would throw that in. My mother collects dolls (but not that type) and I've picked up some knowledge by osmosis. :)

Thank you for your help Figtree. There's so much to know, I'm only scratching the surface with dolls.
