I’m glad I unearthed this thread to help someone on FB, that harlot comment made me snort again!

 

I’ve just read it again, it got a bit spicy and went well off piste, from modern Italian glass to the history of costume jewellery around the world, to antique cameos and the tarnishing of our ancestors reputations!

 

Penniless hormonal young bucks and village harlots, the lot of them!
