    Guessing 30s? Germany? Transfer or hand-painted? Maybe hobbiest, making it earlier than 30's?

    Thank you SIS, that appears to be it. Seeing some nice asking prices, but no completed sales. Not looking for more long-tail items, so guess I will pass. Thank you for your help!

    I haven't seen "long tail" used in a while! Didn't know it was still in fashion. Such a useful phrase.
