    OK, I'll be sensible. It's a piece of Indian silver plate. There's a date - 21 5 21, which is British format, of course. The other writing is probably Hindi or maybe Gujerati, I can't see it quite well enough. So, the maker perhaps and the date it was completed or given to someone.
