Antique Etching..Artist Signature I.D. Help??

I cannot decipher the last name of the artist??..Albert Roullier (Label On Back) was a high end art dealer in Chicago...any help appreciated.

 

German inscription: "Wien, zur Mauer Kugel" or "Vienna, toward the city wall's stone ball [a reference to a monument or portion that has a circular ball on it, literally a wall ball]" "(Mozarthaus)" ... have you guessed that one... Mozart house.

So, name appears to be H.M. Hoerck (oe = o with umlaut in the signature, i.e., one letter). or Hoersch. tough to tell since the R at the end could be an 'sch' in old German font, handwritten, but is usually a K. Need to look at that a little longer.

 

Correction. its not an H in the last name, but an ST. H. is the first initial and start of last name doesn't appear to be the same as in the last name, so "H M Storck" with umlaut over o.

Appears to get hits on google.
