The OP didn't hang around very long. He started this thread on May 18th and hasn't been here since June 4th.

 

I realised after I'd posted that this thread was from May

 

A bit late but this is a legal document for lots of lands and buildings in Rennes( maybe a testament/will of who the owner wants to give his possessions to whomever once he passes away), Rue de Berlin does not exist anymore as the Pont de Berlin in Rennes got blown up in WWI.

Uh, not at all contemporary with the Berlin wall, which was set up in one night on August 1961!

JMHO. the absolute minimum were clear scans of the papers. if someone presented it in this form to me in real life, I'd throw it directement dans son visage.
