Silver Hallmarking Help on Business Card Holder

    I am assuming this is a business card holder. Polished up just like silver (was tarnished), not seeing any brassing. I just don't recognize the silver marks, not sure about age either I guess. I thought maybe turkey, but I am just not sure. These are the best photos I got for you. I am not sure which way to read them so I did one facing up and down.

    I hope someone can help with the marks, silver is not the only metal that polishes up nicely :)

    Probably silver plated, but I have not been able to find a mark with that snake in the middle.
