    would you ascribe these motifs to?

    The stamp is obviously STERLING and something else though it's nearly nonexistent.

    Most likely Mexico, but I'd test that if you're going to sell it. Those grooved hinges turn up most often on "beach jewelry". i.e. nickel.

    Wow, I thought it was copper from the image, but then I know images show different sometimes when photographed!!

    The Etsy seller is right, it is Mexican. Aztec or Mixtec warriors, and what looks like a stylised Xipe Totec mask.

    And Nessie, a bit of Scottish influence?:confused:

    I agree, these tourist bracelets always need to be tested. I have had many marked "Silver" that were not :(

    Thats hilarious, I had the same thought process. The first thing to hit my brain the instant I laid eyes was Mexican, then as I saw more of if it a confused Northern European thought crossed my mind. I quickly decided it was a motif I had never seen and didn’t want to see again. Unless it is silver and I got it super cheap. I guess I’d look again in that case. Interesting that it actually is Mexican/Aztec.
