    Thank you :) Right now I’m trying to use my iPad, and no matter what size I choose,it keeps telling me that it’s too large.

    @M_R90546, I have Photoshop EXPRESS on my iPad, and believe it was a FREE app!!! Resizes images nicely!! Just remember to keep them UNDER 1 MB, as INH suggested above!!

    I see Adobe Photoshop Express in the App Store. Is that the same thing?

    Email the photos to yourself and select medium size. Then from the email save them to your iPad and you can use them without getting the error message.

    I use an app “Resize it” for iPhone , I don’t know if works for android but it’s really quicker than emails or PS Express in my opinion

    On your iPad
    Google Photoscape.org

    and download their free software.

    You can do about a thousand things with your photos on there.

    I've used it for about 8 years and its been great.
