Featured Art Glass Beaded Necklace with raised image of Horse Head Czech?

I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts on who could have made this necklace. I haven't been able to find another similar on line. My first thought leans toward Czech. Could it possibly be Neiger Bros.?

Ahh! Hot glass rolled in brass horse heads! Do you think that’s how it was made? I wondered how they were able to put those horse heads on the beads. Thank you!!

I don't know how else glass beads could have the heads raised above the surface? IF that's what we are looking at, I believe it's very new. The clasp is new too. The horse heads would have been finished on both sides to roll them on, but I'm NOT certain THAT is what we are looking at here!
(I just jumped to figure out how the horse heads could be positioned so very neatly into the surface of the beads, because they don't look glued on top of each bead and they don't look flat within each bead!)

Click the beads against your teeth to determine if they are glass or not.

 

That clasp style has been around a fair old while. I've 50s German stuff with it.
