Hi. I found this candelabra. It looks like silver and milk glass but im not sure.

Any help identifying, determining vintage and value would be appreciated. I tried sone searches to find similar but cannot find one

the metal is not magnetic, an ice cube melts fast and black came off when i rubbed it with a cloth. I do notice and its in the pic that there is an area on the base where the silver looks rubbed and gold color underneath. Maybe its silver plated?

    no markings i can find

Nice and I think plated at best, perhaps over brass with that color you see.

Does it come apart? Are there 2 more milk glass inserts?

It's had to tell from your pictures - are the 2 "holders" at the bottom offset from the 2 above?

Can the "arms" be swiveled to offset the candles? (I believe that's what Bakersgma is asking, as that should be possible. ;)) And it does appear to be missing the two lower glass inserts.
Odd, to me the top glass bit looks like an upside-down single glass candlestick.
In fact, I'm now wondering if the whole thing was rigged up using milk glass bits from another item(s)...
    Let's see what others think.
    Agree with silverplate, not silver.

Hi. Thank you. Yes the arms do swivel out.
Is silverplate over brass valuable. Id like to sell it but i have no idea of value or vintage. Thanks so much

    Generally not.

I’m still curious about the milk glass pieces, they don’t look like they belong on the candelabra. Are they glued on?

Yea, the top center one looks like a milk glass candle stick glued on up side down!

Glad I'm not the only one that sees/thinks this!
