I took this Arthur Sarnoff Ringo the Clown Litho out of its picture frame. I found tons of information at the bottom of the litho 1979 Arthur A. Kaplan Co., Inc., N.Y.C. D-9762 Ringo the Clown Litho in U.S.A. I measured the litho to be 5" x 7" and the frame to be 7 1/2" x 9 1/2". I researched on ebay and they are or/and a lot larger or made in Taiwan. Would one made in U.S.A be worth more than one made in Taiwan and would one be made in 1979 be worth more than one made in 2000s? Lastly, what is a litho? When I took the Litho out it looks like a picture glued to a piece of cardboard to me. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. rknarr2
