Vintage weathervane--info?

    Hello all - this is my first post. Found this weathervane while cleaning a lot in upstate South Carolina. Information from trained eyes would be very appreciated - I thought the feminine character unique. thank you.

    She is approx 20" tall by 18" wide (from foot to ribbon?) - we were helping cleaning up a lot, and I saved her from the dumpster! thanks so much for the input - would additional picks help?

    Yup....I need to see the base.
    I have a more recent one...and the ball and letters are very similar...but it was never outside......so once it's weathered it's harder to tell the age...
    but saving it from the dump......nice move..... she's pretty...

    thanks so much for the input - not sure that the links will work - patience with the new-bee. She deserves a better place of resting than a dumpster!! not sure of what she is holding - from the back, there may be something that was lost in her journey.
