By the ruffled top I'd say glass
Probably milk glass

Hi. It’s about a foot tall. Not sure where it came from. Not many details I have. It doesn’t feel like smooth glass.

 

Pretty sure it is glass, any sort of transparency when held up to a light ?

From the lack of 'shine' I'm thinking it kind of looks like a 'satin glass', but then WDIK!!!

No transparency. It’s def glass but not quite smooth and shiny like milk glass.

Oh I’m not sure what country. She purchased from a flea market in VA
