Billy, is the hook flat metal or round? If flat, look inside the hook for a mark

 

On second look, I don't think it's a "fake" per se, but I cannot figure out why the beads in yours don't appear to be same sized? Some appear to be off-spherical. Could this be your camera photograph warped? Or are the beads off? The apples look spot on..

Yeah that's the thing that threw me, but the apples look right.

 

Sorry if I missed it, but did you check the inside of the hook for a mark?

The beads in the original don't look perfectly spherical, either.... but the missing apples are an issue.

 

Oh yes, I just cleaned the inside and it says, Trifari pat pen. Thank You for asking me to look inside the hook
