    I think Continental. French, Austrian, or Belgium come to mind. More secessionist than arts and crafts in my opinion.

    thanks a lot.
    my first guess was Austrian. but those metal square ornaments made me think of Glasgow somehow.
    a keeper, 85 €. plus another 2 - 300 for fresh caning.

    It's not any English shape I've ever seen. Wouldn't be called A&C here. Very nice thing, worth redoing.
