Large wall hanging- Greek? Age?

I couldn’t find an exact same copy of the plate as yet (but maybe there’s some wrong with my searching abilities) Still I would really like to know the possible age and details on the stamp.

Anyway,I e-mailed a gallery shop in Greece that specialises in museum copies of these plates and other works.I will post their reply (If they respond and know)

 

I can't read the ending letters in the second word on the back. Using a Greek keyboard and Google Translate, came up with "ΔΙΠΛΩΜΑ ΕΥΡΕΕΙΤΕΧΝΙΑΕ" which translates to PATENT DIPLOMA.

Hi AJ,can you please give me your opinion regarding the age of this wall plate. Looks at least vintage to me. Many thanks.

I did e-mailed a speciality store/gallery in Greece (as I thought they might have a idea,but no response so far)

 

My guess is late 1970s at the earliest, but @Ownedbybear has been to Greece much more recently than I, so she probably has a better idea.
