Two nice pots I picked up yesterday. The green one I think is 1930s Red Wing Brush Ware. The other TallCakes ID for me as Peters and Reed Moss Aztec, about 1912-21.

I got these two vanity items from the latest clearance.

Sterling vanity hand mirror with glass intact dated 1922 so 100 years old now and a silver lidded jar dated 1912

I don’t usually bother with wood sock darners but when there’s 22 bags @ $1.99 a bag with a total of 71 darners, I couldn’t pass. Not a single one exactly like the other.

Looks like a Value Village find. They do like to break collections up in to bags. It is great you were able to get that many.

Looks like somebody's kids didn't want their parent's collection of old darners. :p:rolleyes::facepalm:

I would have grabbed them too. Even if you only get $15 to $20 each you stand to make a very nice profit. ;):smug::smug::smug::smug:

Nice finds (and prices) Anund & Boland. We have a Value Village near us in Oregon, and should I stop by today at 10am-there'll be a line out front 50-100 yards long, for today is (clarion call please) Senior Discount Day !
Much of the semi-precious junk has been picked by 10:15.The pack runs once the doors are breached-the jewelry case is generally 2-3 folks deep, each 'Joolie' patiently louping.
My Lady patiently scours the little bags (like yours) hanging on the smalls wall, and finds some very fine things indeed. Me ? I found a post hole digger I needed there a week ago for $2...find lemons, make lemonade.

    Great finds, all!

Anund, those sock darners are amazing! What a cool and unusual find, and amazing no two alike. Got to wonder the history on those. I wonder how old some of them are? Amazing to see them all laid out together. What an unusual thrift find.

Boland, nice finds. Love those green glass goblets!
