Enamelled, rather than pate sur pate, I'd say. There's no real layer build up or relief work. Bet it's French and part of a garniture. Garter belt is interesting.

Stylistically it is most closely resembles Sevres, although I'm not sure the painting of the putto are up to the standards you would expect so it may be another maker inspired by the Sevres style. Probably best show it in person to someone with good knowledge of French porcelain to be sure.

As OBB says it was quite possibly a garniture piece, and thus likely missing a lid, or a brass/bronze insert which would have held an ormolu display, perhaps of flowers etc.

    Ditto.
It is very pretty, but incomplete imo.

Try google lens? There's one that's been made into an electric lamp but says it was originally an oil lamp. You can see the top, anyway. The blurb about it being French is as credible as the other one saying theirs is a Minton vase.

I doubt oil lamp, to be honest. French is feasible.

Well, any mark would be on the base which is covered by the mount. Pretty thing, too bad about the missing lid.

I wouldn't. It's nice, but I'm not seeing Minton quality.
