Help with artist on painting

This is 1 of 3 art pieces I found at a thrift store today (the other 2 were a George Crionas A/P ('Off To The Rose Bowl') and the 2nd was a original painting by Uruguay artist Corina Catarivas - on the back it shows that it was in the Summer International Show / Latin American Art Museum here in Miami & received an honorable mention)
And the one below that I need help with the artist's name looks like a African animals painting & was done on some type of product shipping bag.
Can anyone tell who the artist is?

PS. I thought Haitian when I saw the canvas but the tigers threw me + I had a similar one from Africa done with car paint
