Featured Solid gold belt buckle, 1863. How to wear it?

Thanks but at this time as I was alone nothing is on sale, and I've a lot of thinks to put on the site.
As I've some shoe buckle pairs it can be easier than on Ebay with that solution.

I've ask to my wife how to wear it, you can use Organza??? Or sewing like a tube you reverse with fabric as it was originally made.

 

I think for now I will just enjoy it as a nice piece of forgotten jewelry. Kind of like my stickpin collection. They were so popular back in the day and are somewhat forgotten about now. However, I wear my stickpins whenever I can just on a sweater or lapel! As for the buckle it will just be enjoyed by looking at it safe from the scrapper!

 

I think it would look really nice on a thick enough ribbon/sash tied around the waist over any modern dress that you might see someone wearing a belt with!! Silly picture, but just some generic dress like this:

But if belts around the waist aren't your style, it's still an awesome display piece/collection addition regardless!!

 

I don't know if spartcom is used to wearing dresses, not many guys are.
