    Welcome, James.
It is a souvenir from the Philippines. If I remember correctly it represents the divine fire dragon.

    It'll be my downfall, won't it.:arghh:
In my defense, I was referring to the being it represented. But I agree with komo, I have seen worse, much worse.

Well let's just say some weird shit has been going in since i brought it into my home. My mom swears it's the mask. I recently found the mask in an old abandoned house and thought it was cool

I've always been a bit troubled by the term 'abandoned house.' As a farmer, I have buildings scattered here and there. A few are a bit decrepit, but still provide a little dry space for odd things.

Unless you have expressed, preferably written, permission to enter a property, I think people should stay out. Many old restorable buildings have been lost because people did what they wanted to them, under the excuse of 'abandoned.' It also leads to farmers or other owners bulldozing old buildings to avoid liability.

While I celebrate the saving of good old items, it should be done properly. It is a sickening feeling to enter one of your buildings to find that someone has been in it, taking what they wanted.
