Robert Strahan Table Info Needed

Hello all,

My wife and I have a table that we are hoping to gain more knowledge about. It is a 4ft. Irish Regency Center table made by Robert Strahan Co. in Dublin, Ireland. We are unsure of when it was made and also of the value (although we have no desire to sell this table). Is has a mark on it "5502 STRAHAN"

Would anyone here be able to help us learn more about this beautiful table?

Lovely table. It does look a little low,I wonder if the middle post was cut down?

 

I'm guessing it's the camera angle. The table hasn't been modified.

 

Most of us are in the US and do not have any direct knowlege about this company. I did find the below referenced page that states the company produced higher end furniture until 1969. Based on the pictures provided, I believe this to be 20th century production but can not pin it down further. If the company was similar to US companies making such goods, their production probably remained little changed over many years.

Hello Brad - thank you for your response. I'm running into the same issue(s) when trying to research this table. I did find one very similar - the biggest difference being it is a 5ft. diameter and ours is a 4ft and that the legs on ours appear to be a bit more intricate in design. I have emailed the antique shop in Dublin where it is located to see if they have any information they might share with me.
