    I've always been a little suspicious of the authenticity of these "vampire-killing kits". Is there any primary source documentation to suggest they are legitimate and not just put-together conglomerations of unrelated items?

    Personally, I've always maintained that these sets are modern knock-ups designed to look like "real" Victorian-era vampire sets...which they aren't.
