Baseball Card with a Picture of a Team Jersey

This baseball card has a Player on one side and the team jersey on the other and it opens . It is sorta in 3 parts. It has Mike Piazza & the Dodgers jersey.
I believe it is a 1998 upper deck card but not sure.
I could not find similar cards on the internet.
Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for the referral, MOS! Alas, we're not into "modern" (post-1970s) cards, so we're unfamiliar with that particular edition. But another website (not ours, although we post there fairly often) will definitely have the answers Steve needs (Steve, you might maybe be able to search there even if you don't register to post your question) -- go to https://www.net54baseball.com/forumdisplay.php?f=6 , and go to the "Modern Baseball Cards Forum (1980-Present)" subforum. Those guys will definitely know what you have and if it has any market value (you will have to register to post).

It looks to us less like a card per se than a holder for some sort of stadium giveaway souvenir -- a wristband, a car-window flag, a doll-sized jersey, some fabric thing along those lines...
