It’s definitely Kit Heath. There was a locket (or similar) posted a few days ago that was Kit Heath. I beat @Ownedbybear to the ID that time .

 

I've actually seen a few like it now I actually know what to look for. Thank you and I have also learned something, ( hope it sticks!) xxx

 

It's well made and not cheap jewellery, so the girl done good.

 

... you may find this hard to believe but...I love silver. And lockets. Am very lucky to find it! xxx

 

The mask might be a "scarf slide". The color of the scarf would show through the cut out areas nicely. Google it and you will see many with the loop on the back. Don't google "mask scarf slide" , you will get something entirely different.

( Could have been that the scarf slides I've had before had a flat,hard bit at the back...thicker too. This one's bendy, it sticks out and is bigger but thinner ) xx

Afraid the construction of the frame is more interesting than the cameo itself. But you knew this wasn't quite 'museum quality'. Would still look pretty on.
